SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may take longer or may not be available for some large items.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after processing. Large or heavy items may take a few extra days.

Multiple packages
If your order includes several items, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. This is normal and no action is needed on your side.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the item and the destination.

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Address changes
Email contact@goatzy.us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. We cannot change it once the order has shipped.

Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us within 7 days. Include photos for damaged items. We will send a replacement or refund you in full.
